Cheesecake Flavors:

Brownie Mosaic: Brownie crust with chunks of brownies throughout the cheesecake, topped with chocolate ganache and more brownie chunks and white chocolate drizzle.

Mixed up Candy Bar: Chocolate cookie crust with variety of candy bars cut up into cheesecake (Snickers, Milky Way, Butterfinger) ganache on top with more candy bars cut up on top.

Oreo Cookie: Oreo crust with oreos through out the cheese cake with ganache and more oreos on top.

Turtle Cheesecake: Graham cracker crust, pecans caramel and chocolate through out the cheesecake with ganache and more caramel, pecans and chocolate drizzle.

Peanut Butter Cup: Graham cracker crust with Peanut butter cups through out cheesecake with ganache and more PB cups on top.

Snickers Cheesecake: caramel mousse, snickers, chocolate ganache, and caramel drizzle

German Chocolate Cheesecake: German chocolate ganache, Chocolate mousse, and pecans

Lemon Bar cheesecake: creamy new York cheesecake with lemon curd and lemon bar made from fresh lemons filling and topped with lemon curd, lemon white chocolate mousse, and more lemon bar.

We can also do fruit and plain cheesecakes but the above are the most popular ones that I do. These are a New York Style cheesecake that is baked in a slow low temperature.
