Her drive for excellence and the perfect customer experience are the reasons she was able to run a successful bakery in New York City after graduating New York Culinary School, winning over the discerning tastes of celebrities like Madonna and Mary Tyler Moore. Her creativity and talent won over the hearts of Midwesterners across many small towns in Nebraska before ultimately landing in Omaha as founder and owner of The Omaha Bakery.
The Omaha Bakery, formerly Alotta Brownies, has evolved over the years and is now a full-service bakery, deli, and tasting experience for any occasion. One thing that has been a mainstay is Michelle’s passion for people and her family-oriented approach to all things in business and in life.
